Starting the 2016-17 school year, St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine and Dr. Adam Metzler, along with his staff at Commonwealth Orthopedics, will be teaming up to provide the medical coverage for all Simon Kenton High School athletics.

Miller, Sports Medicine Specialist, with outstanding physical therapy and athletic training services. Free ImPact Testing at Simon Kenton
St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine will be offering FREE Concussion ImPact Baselines to all Athletes. Testing will be done at the High School and should take about an hour to complete. If you would like to schedule an appoinment for you son/daughter please contact T.J. Brossart at tj.brossart@stelizabeth.com.

All Simon Kenton Athletes must complete the Medical Release forms prior to the start of the 2016-2017 season. There are three important forms that must be turned in ...
​
* Physical - must have a current physical on file and needs to include the KHSAA High School consent form
​​
* Emergency Form - important information for the SKHS medical staff & coaches
​​
* Release of Health Information - this new form is now required by St. Elizabeth Healthcare and must be turned in for your child to recieve treatment from the the St. Elizabeth athletic trainer on staff
